Fire and Ice, Hot and Cold. Truly proving that opposites attract. What a unique way to present an array of different types of spicy food and cool, refreshing drinks. Our Fire and Ice backdrop enhanced this area and truly brought their theme to life.

Our Antique Shop Interior will take you back in time. This vintage apothecary will be the quintessential background for any decade related event or performance. Backdrops at The Special Event!

January 20th, 2017

We had the pleasure of exhibiting at #TSE2017 last week! The Special Event show is always one of our favorites. What’s to love more than reconnecting with industry professionals and showcasing your product to new and beloved ones in the event industry? Being at the show re-energizes us and reminds us how lucky we are to be a part of a wonderful community of passionate people. We truly had an incredible time meeting new people, chatting about upcoming design trends in the event industry, and connecting with other exhibitors.

We showcased our Skateboard Graffiti backdrop at our booth, which was such a fun and vibrant background to feature. We brought the theme to life with our wet paint cans, yellow ladder, wet paint sign, and paint brushes all around. So many people stopped by our booth and thought it was an actual wall with graffiti! Can you believe it is hand-painted? The technique, detail, and vibrancy make this backdrop a show stopper.

Yes, we brought a skateboard as a prop! How could we not? & this wonderful attendee stopped by our booth & she was absolutely perfect for the backdrop! Skating around our booth was so much fun. The industrial feel of the street art created a unique atmosphere for all that came by our painted Graffiti Skateboard background. Check out the detail of the brick wall, painted skateboarder and artist, and the different colors featured in the backdrop below!

This backdrop was a part of our Custom Rental Service. A client asked us to design a background for a Bar Mitzvah boy that was passionate about graffiti and skateboarding. Our new backdrops for the month of November are sure to make you excited for your next event. Our Ferry backdrop will whisk you away into the golden hour on the open sea. Take a ride on this bustling ferry and enjoy the sunset reflecting on the water. The movement in the water is highlighted by the ripples near the ferry. Those on the dock are looking out to this fleeting ferry. Perfect for your next event, a photo op, or to take your theme to the next level.

This brand new Globe backdrop is certain to bring an international flair to your next event. This grandiose globe structure shines bright among the night sky. The water adds a fluid element to the ever so still globe. The circles around the world make it appear that it’s rotating on an axis. This is one of our November favorites and we can’t wait to see it at your next event.

This new Coral Reef Panel is excitingly new and unique. What do we consider a panel? That means that these backdrops are painted side by side for a seamless look, but are actually separate backdrops! This panel is 30′ wide by 10′ high and consists of three individual backdrops. Each backdrop is 10′ wide by 10′ high. That means you could use one, two, or all three backdrops at your next event depending on the look you want. Backdrops Beautiful Gives Back | A Time For Heroes 2016

November 9th, 2016

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation (EGPAF) has quickly become one of our favorite organizations with an incredible annual event that raises awareness for pediatric aids. The EGPAF annual event, ‘A Time for Heroes’ Family Festival was filled with fun, games, and celebrity heroes. Some good old fashioned face painted was also involved. This incredibly meaningful event was held at Smashbox Studios in Culver City, CA. We love giving back to a great cause. Check out some of the images from this wonderful event below.

With the event being so close to Halloween, it was so much fun to be a part of this Mad Science area of the event. Our Lab Interior backdrop was featured as the background to an exciting plethora of activities. The skeleton below was quite the complement to our hand-painted backdrop. This part of the event was completely transformed into an spooky interior of a laboratory. Kids and adults alike had so much fun at this remarkable event.
